Abigail Benton, FNP-BC

Abigail was born and raised in Brunswick County, North Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Campbell University. She has spent the past 5 years working in the specialty areas of Women’s Health and Post-Surgical care in Wilmington, North Carolina. She received her Master of Science in Nursing- Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Carolina.  Abigail is passionate about patient care and believes in the importance of building strong relationships with each patient she encounters. Looking to continue her service in Women’s Health, she joined Southern Shores Urogynecology in the fall of 2025.

 

Abigail enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Zach and her family outside of work. She loves the beach and reading Nicholas Sparks novels. She is a proud cat mom to Gracie and Sunnie.
